You may cancel your service at any time without any notice for any reason. To cancel, click here, use cancellation in the subject. Include in the body include the last four digits of your bank account number to insure prompt cancellation of automatic debits. Additional steps are required to close your merchant account. Please indicate if you would like assistance closing your merchant account.

NSF Policy
|
|

|
Any debit that results in Non Sufficient Funds will result in the merchant being charged 25.00. If the amount of the debit and the NSF charge is not collected in 7 days, your payment gateway service will be terminated. Once your payment gateway service has been terminated a reactivation fee of 25.00 plus the past due amount will be required to reactivate your payment gateway service. Your merchant account is unaffected by this policy.
